In this Functional Yoga Series, you will learn the basics of yoga in a safe and comfortable environment. We will explore the many different types and styles of yoga, postures, philosophy, what to expect in a class and how you can regularly apply it to your everyday life.
Yoga beginners are encouraged to attend, ALL Levels welcome and no experience necessary.
This 4 month course meets 10AM-1PM on the designated Saturday of each month. Each session is designed to reflect a mini Yoga Retreat including lecture, practice and workshopping.
Winter/Spring Session: January 12, 2019 – February 9, 2019 – March 9, 2019 – April 13, 2019
Fall Session: August 24, 2019 – September 28, 2019 – October 12, 2019 – November 9, 2019
Tuition: $379 per person. Program includes Manual, Materials & Unlimited Class Membership for the duration of the course.
