Guiding Wellness Institute Instructors
All of our Instructors are professionally trained Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT) with a minimum of 200 hours or training in therapeutic yoga and meditation and certified by Yoga Alliance (YA). We are proud to be a Registered Yoga School (RYS) supporting the health and growth of effective, adaptive and regulated mindbody practices provided by qualified and experienced teachers who align with evidence based, accessible yoga and meditation for our diverse global community.
