By definition, Consciousness means; the state of being awake and aware of ones surroundings.
Awareness of one’s own existence, sensations, thoughts, feelings.
Our senses, can be our best friends. What we see, smell, taste, hear, and feel keeps us balanced and are the guideposts of our physical, emotional and spiritual health.
When we are balanced, our senses tell us the truth. When we are balanced, we will be repulsed by what hurts us and drawn to what sustains and heals us.
