Our NEW Meditation Group offers a community approach to deepening our understanding, experience and practice of being still while cultivating a deeper sense of awareness. Mouna, in sanskrit, means “silence”. By taking Mindful Opportunities to Understand our Natural states of Awareness we are able to cultivate and source our own peace in our ever-growing turbulent world. Together we will explore the many different forms of meditation, experience the benefits and cultivate a mindfulness practice to suit our individual needs.
This 12 week course meets weekly and includes outlines, journaling and group reading assignments to support the process. You can join at anytime!
