Connect with your community in 2022; Join us for wellness workshops, day retreats, and our Be Well Book Club.

We are looking forward to many opportunities to connect at Guiding Wellness Institute (Fayetteville, NC) in 2022, in solidarity around empowered health, conscious community, and a lifestyle supported by connection and self-care!

We celebrated the new year in January at GWI with our first Live Well Lifestyle Day Retreat of 2022. It was amazing to gather, set our core intentions and goals for the year, and celebrate supporting one another as a community! If you missed it, check out our Be Well Podcast to benefit from coaching exercises, and learn more about setting personal and powerful intentions that align.

Join me and our resident Rolfer, Mike Knapp at our next workshop: Rolf Movement and Meditation on February 5, from 11:00am-1:00pm, and at the end of the month for our Live Well Essential Oils Workshop, with our Assistant Programs Director, Julia Pillman, on February 26, from 11:00am-1:00pm.


We are also excited to announce our first Be Well Book Club read of the year: Recipes for a Sacred Life by Rivvy Neshama. We will meet on Saturday March 26 (after Warm Flow class at 9:00am) from 11:00-1:00pm, in-person at Guiding Wellness Institute, and via Zoom, to connect with our friends near and far about this read, and to release the next 2022 selection.

Join us every Friday f for a naturally heated warm reggae flow to shake off the week, connect and share in community conversation and games on our beautiful patio and garden. Gathering begins 5-6pm, class is from 6-7pm and patio bar remains open until 8pm!
