We hope this Spring season is treating you well! At Guiding Wellness Institute, we’re gearing up for a Spring full of workshops, special classes, and yoga teacher training. So far this Spring, we kicked off the season with our Live Well 108 Sun Salutations Workshop in March, held our second Day Retreat of the year, Spring into Wellness last week, closing out April by celebrating GWI’s 6th anniversary of our grand opening, and today, gathered for our Rolf Movement and Meditation Workshop.
